STEP 1  Remove Miracle Neck from the box

   

 

STEP 2   Position Miracle Neck logo down

 

STEP 3  Place thumbs inside the Alignment Band 

 

STEP 4   Flip Miracle Neck onto your head so the Alignment Band is resting against your forehead and the logo is on top

 

STEP 5   Keep head upright so Miracle Neck does not slide off

Use Miracle Neck for 2 minutes per day!
